I can help you with good advice....If you are a minor you are being taken care of...If not, you need  job..The world is not a place where you can start or end life begging and pitying yourself...Get up and start. You will do what you set your mind to do.

Talk with an IRS representative. They will likely reduce the debt and set up a reasonable repayment plan

1. have the father(s) support the children

2. get your family involved in helping you

3. get a job (yesterday)

4. How can you have children, and bills and be wanting an aparment when you don't have a job
